The Stress Remedy

On a Rainy day like this its best to take a minute, get cozy and relax. Here's how i do it.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

• 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
• 1 teaspoon green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag,I use decaf)
• 1. teaspoon of calendula flowers
• 4 cups boiling water
• 
  

Directions

1. Place the herbs in a warmed teapot.

2. Pour in the 4 cups boiling water, cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes.

3.Strain and serve.

4.Sweeten with honey or sugar, if desired.

Good Afternoon !

My fiance and i have been actively trying to get to church on a weekly basis, we are both very spiritual people. I posted here this card that i found in this deck of beautifully illustrated cards that i got from a fun place called Elysian Fields last year, they are filled with cute little sayings and tips for a healthy spiritual life.

This year we are focusing mainly on getting our act together so to speak. We are managing our money, working out more frequently together and spending lots of quality time working in our individual creative fields together, mine being illustration and his web development ! Hope everyone has a great rest of there week ! Its WEDNESDAY ! two more days and it'll be the weekend !
