The Stress Remedy

On a Rainy day like this its best to take a minute, get cozy and relax. Here's how i do it.


1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

  • 1 teaspoon dried chamomile
  • 1 teaspoon green tea leaves (or 1 tea bag,I use decaf)
  • 1. teaspoon of calendula flowers
  • 4 cups boiling water


1. Place the herbs in a warmed teapot.

2. Pour in the 4 cups boiling water, cover, and steep for 3-5 minutes.

3.Strain and serve.

4.Sweeten with honey or sugar, if desired.
